Responsibilities Operate digital printing presses and related machinery to produce vibrant, accurate prints aligned with client specifications and project requirements Manage prepress processes, including file preparation, color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to ensure optimal print quality Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, inspecting prints for color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall finish Maintain and troubleshoot digital printing equipment, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to review print layouts and make necessary adjustments for optimal results Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards during all phases of print production Document production details, monitor inventory levels of printing supplies, and coordinate with suppliers as needed Requirements Proven experience operating digital printing equipment in a manufacturing or commercial setting Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for file preparation and editing Familiarity with screen printing processes, flexo press operations, CNC machinery, and machining is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand typography fundamentals for precise print layout Experience with quality control procedures to ensure consistent output across multiple projects Valid forklift certification is desirable for handling large materials or supplies within the production area Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Join us as a Digital Print Operator and become an essential part of a creative team committed to pushing the boundaries of print technology.
