Dixon Container is a successful 35-year-old Boise company providing a full range of packaging supplies, inventory management, and assembly services to our customers. We operate a folding carton plant and a corrugated sheet plant. We also have a distribution warehouse and a retail outlet in the Boise area. Continued sales growth in our folding carton operation makes this a very good opportunity for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be self-managing and will be able to learn quickly and work well with others to improve the overall effectiveness of the manufacturing organization. They must have good mechanical skills and will several years experience running a press. This job requires the ability to quickly learn a KBA 162 6-color printing press. They will be a good communicator who works well with other operators and plant management.
