We are recruiting a Digital Press Supervisor to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 2nd and 3rd shifts in our Aurora, IL production facility. The Press Helper is an entry level position, responsible for assisting the Press Operator in running a printing press. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary. We also offer a Press Operator Training Program for Press Helpers interested in taking their career to the next level!
In this position you will:
Assist the Press Operator in setting up the press to run individual jobs Hang rolls of paper, fill ink fountains and keep the area around the press clean Make sure all material is stocked and ready for the Press Operator and for the next shift Keep all tools organized and put away when not in use Complete daily production logs Communicate the status of jobs at shift change Promote a safe, positive, team atmosphere
Qualifications:
