Your expertise will help bring artistic visions to life on a variety of materials, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the printing process. Duties Set up and prepare silk screen printing equipment, ensuring proper registration and alignment for each project Mix inks and colors according to specifications Operate automated screen printing presses efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity Inspect printed items for defects, color consistency, and adherence to design specifications, making adjustments as needed Packaging and folding of completed material Processing of new screens for production Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning screens, tools, and equipment after each job Experience in silk screen printing is a major plus but not required. Requirements Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during the printing process Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work in a small team and solo Ability to stand and do repetitive motions in a light industrial environment
