JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the coordination of print jobs for the offset press printing process. Processes runs and is responsible for all press functions KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms start up on machine as necessary. Stocks station and issues stock as needed in certain facilities. Fills ink fountain and makes appropriate adjustments, inks press, makes roller adjustments as needed. Performs ink readings throughout the shift. Hangs plate on press. Prints runs. Checks quality of work. Performs appropriate clean up procedures at end of shift. Works closely with other departments to include Bindery, Quality, Pre-press as well as members of the Leadership team.

Performs scheduled preventive maintenance.

Performs other job duties as assigned.

QualificationsEXPERIENCEManufacturing machine operating experience.

Proven track record in waste reduction and profit improvement.

Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy.

Exceptional logical reasoning skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to troubleshoot issues while printing.

Must display excellent work habits and willingness to be a team player
DECISION
MAKINGPrioritization and selection of jobs to maximize workflow while balancing meeting the rush and service commitments and goals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand, kneel, bend and walk for 8•10 hours a day. Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor at all times. 
Additional InformationHourly Pay Rate:
 $19•$21 hourly DOE + $1.75
Shift DifferentialSchedule:
 Monday•Friday 2:00 pm•10:00 pmApplications will be accepted until the posted deadline September 17th, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
