Prisma Graphics, Formerly Vivid Ink Graphics Currently seeking a full-time screen printer in our Corporate Apparel Department. Experience is preferred, but not required. Recent graduates in graphic design or art fields are typically a good fit. We are looking for dependable, punctual, self motivated, quick learners who work well with a team and are skilled at working with their hands. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: operating an automatic screen printing presses with efficiency and accuracy Perform Press setup, adjustments, and quality checks throughout runs Troubleshoot print issues such as registration, ink flow, and curing Catch and stack shirts as they come out of the dryer when needed Organize shirts prior to printing Neatly packing and labeling completed jobs Cross training in embroidery and heat press production lines

Qualifications:

Must enjoy staying busy and working with your hands. Must be able to work standing for the duration of the shift Must be able to lift 50 lbs Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with shift supervisor Attention to detail and a keen eye for details and color Success on this team means: Being on time and reliable each and every day Ability to work in fast-paced environment with deadlines Ability to communicate effectively Strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Meet shift quotas for output Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and as a team
