Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, are comfortable translating digital designs into precise engravings, and show familiarity with LightBurn software.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise alignment and placement Comfortable using computers and software for engraving workflows Ability to follow procedures, maintain safety practices, and adapt in a production environment Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset Experience with galvo- and/or gantry-based lasers strongly preferred Proficiency with LightBurn/EZcad software preferred High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of laser engraving experience preferred Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus Regular standing and fine-motor work; minimal heavy lifting Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds occasionally (materials, jigs, trays) Comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring visual acuity and hand precision Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season At Completeful, we specialize in helping entrepreneurs scale their brands through custom, print-on-demand products—without the need for inventory or upfront investment.
