Located in Hanson, we offer a range of services from design to full bindery, ensuring top-quality printing, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. Role Description This is a full-time position, on-site Digital Print Operator role based in Hanson, MA. The Digital Print Operator will handle the day-to-day tasks associated with Digital Print Production, including operating Digital Printing equipment and bindery equipment, performing quality control checks ensuring color consistency is maintained from job to job and matching previous printed items, and providing printer support. The Digital Print Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all printing projects meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time. Qualifications Computer skills a must for this position / Adobe CC, Microsoft Products and Fiery Rip Software Experience in running Konica Minolta Printers or something similar Experience in running Epson Eco Solvent Printer and contour cutting machine Operating Bindery equipment is a plus Proficiency in performing Quality Control checks Proficient in performing color edits Attention to detail and ability to read a job ticket Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues Ability to work in a team environment and strong communication skills
