Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$22.00- 24.
Shift:
1st shift, Monday- Friday 7:00am

2nd shift, Monday- Friday 3:00pm
- 11:00pm.
Embosser/Machine Operator:

You'll be: Reading production schedules for machine changeovers and runs Ensuring inventory sufficiency for production needs Operating machine control panels to start, stop, and adjust equipment Aligning or fastening machine parts using hand tools and performing changeovers Threading and feeding film through rollers, adjusting temperature, speed, and flow rates Observing machines/products during operation, making adjustments to ensure quality standards Recording production run quantities, performing quality control checks, and consulting with Team Lead/technical staff as needed Handling materials, loading/unloading products, packing, and transporting using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts Cleaning machines and parts between runs Operating and setting up embossing and converting machines, applying holographic images, and slitting rolls of film Using computer equipment to print production run sheets, labels, and conduct QA testing Following hazardous material handling requirements when working with solvents Cross-training and assisting other teams as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (required) Bring experience in a manufacturing environment and/or possess mechanical aptitude (preferred) Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and good judgment Have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks Are flexible and open to working in other departments as assigned Are able to adapt to a fast-paced, challenging environment Can stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, use hand tools, and operate forklifts/fork trucks Are comfortable using a respirator (after completing a clearance exam) Are willing to work overtime and 1-2 weekends per month What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
