You'll be: Reading production schedules and preparing for machine changeovers and runs Operating and setting up machines to emboss holographic images and slit rolls of film Starting and stopping machine operation, aligning and fastening machine parts, threading or feeding film, and adjusting temperature, speed, and flow rate Observing machines during operation to detect defects and making necessary adjustments Recording production quantities, performing quality control checks, and consulting with Team Leads or technical staff as needed Handling materials, packing, loading/unloading, using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts Cleaning machines and parts between runs and supporting hazardous material handling requirements Cross-training on other teams and assisting operators as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (required) Have experience in a manufacturing environment and/or possess strong mechanical aptitude (preferred) Are comfortable with physical demands including lifting up to 65 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing visual inspections Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills Are willing to learn, work overtime, and adapt to a challenging environment—including working 1 to 2 weekends per month Have experience with 5S or are willing to learn Can complete a respiratory clearance exam and use a respirator as needed Thrive in a team-oriented, flexible setting What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
