Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Silk Screen Printer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed T-Shirts using traditional and modern screen printing techniques. Duties Set up and operate M&R Automatic silk screen printing presses Interpret production documents and specifications accurately to produce consistent results. Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques, adjusting inks and screens as needed. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates prior to printing, including cleaning, coating, and aligning screens for precise registration. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to detect and correct defects or inconsistencies. Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Skills Strong understanding of color management principles and ability to adjust ink formulations accordingly. Ability to operate industrial equipment safely while maintaining high standards of quality control. Technical proficiency in machine operation, industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and troubleshooting mechanical issues related to printing machinery.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
