Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and machine operation will ensure that each project meets our rigorous standards for quality and precision. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring proper alignment, registration, and color accuracy for each print run Manage color matching and color management processes to achieve consistent results across multiple projects Interpret production documents, including layouts, specifications, and prepress files created with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on printing equipment to optimize performance and prevent downtime Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print clarity, color fidelity, and registration Assist with prepress tasks such as preparing screens, cutting substrates, binding papers, and ensuring proper layout design for printing projects Operate large-format printers and digital printing devices for versatile production needs in print advertising and promotional materials Qualifications Proven experience with screen printing techniques and machinery operation in a manufacturing or commercial setting Strong understanding of color management principles and graphic design fundamentals Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other prepress software tools Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting Familiarity with large-format printers, flexo presses, digital printing technologies, and machining processes Ability to interpret technical documents such as production specifications and layout designs accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across different departments Join us in creating outstanding printed products that captivate audiences!
