Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Screen Printing Operator and become a vital part of bringing vibrant, high-quality printed designs to life! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for executing screen printing processes with precision and creativity, ensuring each product meets our high standards for color accuracy and visual appeal. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring proper registration and alignment for consistent results Prepare screens by cleaning, coating with emulsion, exposing, and reclaiming them for reuse Manage color matching and color management techniques to achieve accurate hues across multiple prints Collaborate with the prepress team to review artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite and ensure they meet specifications Monitor print runs for quality control, inspecting prints for color consistency, registration accuracy, and defect detection Adjust printing parameters as needed to optimize output quality and efficiency during production runs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and equipment maintenance schedules Support additional manufacturing tasks such as CNC machining or flexo press operations when required Qualifications Proven experience in screen printing or related manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of prepress procedures, including artwork preparation and color management techniques Familiarity with graphic design principles, typography, layout design, and print advertising concepts Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for artwork review and adjustments Understanding of quality control standards within a manufacturing environment Basic mechanical skills related to equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance Ability to operate forklifts or other manufacturing machinery (certification preferred) Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in print registration and color accuracy Join us in creating visually stunning products that captivate audiences!
