Union Position Position Summary:
PrideStaff are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of screen printing processes, ability to manually print or run automatic printing press, be dependable, and take pride in producing high-quality printed apparel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and tear down screen printing presses for each production run Align screens, refill inks, and load/unload garments efficiently Read and follow work orders, color sequences, and print placement instructions Operate automatic and/or manual screen printing equipment Monitor production quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency Cure, inspect, fold, and pack finished garments Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of screens, squeegees, and presses Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
Prior screen printing experience required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
Work Environment:
Climate-controlled production floor Exposure to inks, chemicals, and machinery noise Fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
