The Pressroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing pressroom production operations while also supporting production scheduling, workflow coordination, BOM-driven manufacturing processes, and ERP-supported operational planning activities. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising manufacturing teams while also supporting scheduling systems, production planning, ERP workflows , and BOM management within a stamping , fabrication , or industrial manufacturing environment .Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience within stamping, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing environments
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Experience supporting production scheduling, workflow coordination, or manufacturing planning activities
- Strong understanding of BOMs, routing structures, and operational manufacturing flow
- Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, travelers, and manufacturing documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing operation
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong accountability and operational ownership
