PM Shift Differential:
Additional $2.00 per hour
Pay:
$28.00•$42.00 per hour 12-Hour Rotating Night Shift (Pitman Schedule): 6:00 PM•6:00
AM Pay:

Hour Shift Differential:

Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Press Operator II•Flexographic Press to set up, operate, adjust, and maintain flexographic printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed products while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with flexographic printing operations, press setup, color management, web handling, and routine equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment. Perform make-ready activities, including mounting plates, installing print cylinders, setting web paths, and adjusting tension and registration. Inspect plates and cylinders for imperfections and correct image positioning. Perform color corrections, anilox adjustments, and press modifications to achieve required print quality standards. Monitor production runs and make adjustments to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment to maximize performance and minimize downtime. Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs. Troubleshoot press-related issues and support continuous production operations. Read and interpret job specifications to determine proper press setup and material requirements. Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures. Qualifications Experience operating flexographic printing presses. Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes, materials, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production documentation. Experience making precise press adjustments, web path setups, and registration corrections. Ability to perform routine operational maintenance and minor equipment repairs. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google applications. Experience with Mark Andy, Aquaflex, Comco, Webtron, Gallus, or Nilpeter equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
