$21.36/hour Fully Paid Insurance; PERS Retirement; Sick/Vacation Days; Full Benefits

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

may include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

PROVIDES PRINTING SERVICES TO DISTRICT STAFF BY

Operating all of the printing presses and copy machines Assigning and supervising jobs and duties of the printers and clerks Repairing minor equipment problem

PROVIDES CLERICAL ASSISTANCE BY

Ordering supplies Maintaining records and reports Processing purchase orders Maintaining print shop inventory Pricing and charging out print orders Receiving phone calls and answering questions

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or GED; two years experience as a press operator; special knowledge, skills and abilities in layout design, typesetting, grades of paper, budgeting, pricing inventory; computers; computerized offset press; bindery equipment; cutting, folding and collating machines; communication; organization; time management; and multi-tasking.
