Job Description
Press Operator (Printing Presses) $24 - $28 per hour + $1.50 Shift Differential + Overtime + PTO + Paid Holidays + Progression to Lead Operator + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + 401(K) + Other Excellent Benefits. Charlotte, North Carolina (Commutable from Pineville, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Weddington, Monroe, Belmont, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Gastonia, Mount Holly). Are you a Press Operator with experience operating printing presses, looking for a Monday-Thursday role with lots of optional overtime available to significantly increase your earnings? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a key role in building out the 2nd shift production team alongside strong progression opportunities and specialist training. Working alongside experienced press operators, you will receive further training on flexographic printing equipment, while gaining the technical knowledge and experience needed to progress into a Lead Press Operator position within approximately 1-2 years. In this hands-on role, you will operate and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and develop your technical skills within a specialist printing environment. This role would suit a Press Operator, Printing Press Operator, Flexographic Press Operator, or similar manufacturing professional with experience operating presses, particularly within packaging, labeling, or printing, looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company in a Monday to Thursday role with overtime readily available.
