The Role:

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Perform basic machine maintenance, identify equipment issues, and work with maintenance and leadership to minimize downtime. Complete production paperwork, follow quality and safety procedures, maintain 5S standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Candidate:

Previous experience operating a printing press is essential, ideally within flexographic printing, packaging, labeling, or a similar environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with production equipment. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress within the business.
