Shift:

Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM The Press Operator will operate, set up, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses and related equipment while maintaining production goals, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Press Operation & Technical Functions Set up, operate, and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses and auxiliary equipment Interpret product specifications and copy cards to ensure accurate production Change printing plates, cylinders, dies, and related tooling as required Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity Cross-train and operate multiple press lines and production equipment as needed Equipment Maintenance Perform routine machine maintenance, including lubrication and minor repairs Identify and report equipment issues requiring major maintenance Maintain organized workstations using 5S principles Notify leadership and maintenance personnel immediately of equipment malfunctions Quality Control Follow established quality inspection procedures Measure, inspect, and test products throughout production runs Maintain scrap and yield targets Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards
