In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes on various substrates, ensuring that each product meets our strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of print production techniques, color management, and graphic design principles, contributing to the creation of visually compelling printed materials. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on precision, efficiency, and innovation. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including manual and automated presses, ensuring optimal performance and print quality. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, maintaining consistency across production runs. Conduct prepress tasks such as color matching, layout design adjustments, and registration setup using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools. Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques to ensure vibrant and consistent prints. Perform quality control inspections throughout the printing process to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs with maintenance teams. Assist in the development of new print designs by collaborating with graphic designers and utilizing typography and layout design skills. Operate auxiliary machinery such as CNC machines or flexo presses when required for specialized printing tasks. Support inventory management by tracking supplies like inks, screens, and substrates to prevent shortages. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Proven experience in screen printing within a manufacturing or commercial print environment. Familiarity with prepress processes including color management, layout design, and typography. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation including flexo presses and CNC machinery is advantageous. Understanding of quality control standards specific to print advertising and product branding. Ability to operate forklifts or similar material handling equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. Candidates with backgrounds in machining or CNC operations are encouraged to apply.
