Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring proper registration, ink consistency, and color accuracy for each job. Prepare screens by cleaning, coating, exposing, and reclaiming them according to specifications. Monitor printing processes closely to detect and correct issues such as misalignments or ink inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and routine inspections to prevent downtime. Collaborate with design teams to interpret digital artwork files using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for accurate reproduction. Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards by inspecting colors, registration, and overall print fidelity before packaging. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling inks, chemicals, and machinery to promote a safe working environment.
