Description With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications. Forum Communications Printing is part of Forum Communications Company, a 5th-generation, family-owned, Upper Midwest media company. Essential Functions Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses. Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality and consistency. Ensure that the final print meets quality standards and client specifications. Responsible for routine maintenance on printing equipment and general housekeeping. Collaborate with other team members. Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies. Maintain prompt and reliable attendance. Non-Essential Duties and Functions Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience operating a web press is preferred (Goss or DGM). High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years of age or older. Expected compensation for this role is between $20 - $23/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
