Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Feeder Operator for our first shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the printing and production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. As a Feeder Operator, you will be instrumental in managing the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment, contributing to the creation of vibrant print materials that meet precise specifications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for manufacturing excellence, this position is perfect for you! Hours are 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday Duties Operate printing presses with precision, ensuring accurate registration and color consistency throughout production runs Prepare and load substrates, inks, and other materials necessary for printing processes Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments to optimize quality and efficiency Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime Perform quality control checks on printed materials, inspecting color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality Maintain detailed production logs and documentation for each run to ensure traceability and accountability Skills Strong understanding of sheetfed printing techniques. Assist in color management principles to achieve consistent color reproduction across projects Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to Sheetfed printing Ability to operate forklifts safely when handling raw materials or finished products Experience with quality control standards specific to print advertising and packaging industries Basic mechanical skills related to Printing press equipment maintenance Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues quickly Sheet fed printing experience required Komori , Mitsubishi, RMGT experience preferred... Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
