Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Assist operator in the set up and running of the press Load and Unload print sleeves from press and storage racks Load and Unload rolls of material from press Inspect end of roll press sheets for quality defects Plate lift (High marks), Dirty print Bring ink from Ink room for next job and return ink no longer needed Check Ink viscosity Run and monitor the press when the operator is not present Clean print stations, ink pumps, aniloxes and plate sleeves Clean and rebuild ink cavities Monitor and change solvent/waste drums as needed Empty solvent drums completely Palletize all empty reclaimed solvent drums Palletize all full waste drums Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled Maintain housekeeping standards Cut down set-up rolls approved for recycling Empty scrap box and trash cans Sweep entire work area Wipe up any ink on the floor and mop Used rags and pan liners are to be laid out and dried completely before being disposed of. Work safely at all timesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Good color vision Previous manufacturing experience helpful Basic math skills Must be able to read and write English Able to read a standard unit tape measure Ability to keep work clean and neat Willing to work overtime including weekends Be aTEAM PLAYER
