We have recently opened a production facility in Las Vegas, which has been running for four months, and we are now looking to expand the team there. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Flexo Operator to run and maintain narrow‑web flexographic printing presses used for ticket and label production. This role ensures consistent print quality, efficient throughput, and safe operation on the production floor. Essential Job Functions Set up, operate, and maintain flexo printing presses Monitor print quality and adjust for color, registration, and consistency Load inks, substrates, plates, and materials Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues Inspect printed materials for accuracy and quality Document production data and material usage Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet schedules Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required Experience operating narrow‑web flexographic printing equipment Knowledge of inks, coatings, substrates, and color matching Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment High attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Preferred Printing on a Flexo narrow web press Experience operating fan‑folding equipment. Added preferred experience with folding tickets or labels. Experience in ticket or label production Familiarity with industrial printing safety standards Experience with preventive maintenance

Pay:

$36.00 - $42.00 per hour
