Schedule:

Monday through Friday with flexibility depending on production needs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional screen-printing experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience setting up and operating automatic screen-printing presses Able to register and set up multicolor jobs accurately Strong knowledge of inks, mesh counts, squeegee pressure, flash curing and dryer temperatures Able to troubleshoot printing and registration issues Dependable, organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Flexible availability when additional production time is required Daily responsibilities: Set up automatic-press jobs throughout the day Register screens and prepare presses for production Mix and load inks according to job requirements Run production while maintaining print quality and consistency Perform test prints and make press adjustments as needed Monitor curing temperatures and finished-product quality Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized Assist with other production duties when needed This position is for an experienced screen printer who can independently set up jobs, operate an automatic press and keep production moving efficiently.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
