Screen Printer (Full-Time)

Webster, NY (on-site)

As a growing shop serving both local businesses and national clients, we take pride in delivering vibrant, high-quality printed products. We value collaboration, innovation, and reliability.
Who You Are Experienced :
Minimum 1 years in commercial screen printing operating press to print apparel.
Technical Pro :
Skilled with automatic/manual presses, multi color registration, ROQ or equivalent machinery, and color management.
Detail-Oriented :
Strong eye for quality and precision; comfortable performing fast-paced, high-volume work.
Hands-On Leader :
Excellent communicator and team player—capable of coaching support staff and maintaining high-level standards.
Physically Prepared :
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. What You'll Do Operate and maintain semi-automated screen printing presses, including setups, registrations, printing runs, and breakdowns. Manage workflow , interpreting work orders, estimating ink/material needs, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery. Perform quality control , inspecting prints against proofs and making necessary adjustments. Mix and match inks , execute color adjustments, and accurately match Pantone or client-specified shades. Maintain production area , including cleaning, organizing, and routine equipment maintenance. Assist in screen prep , including burning, reclaiming, and managing inventory of inks, screens, and supplies. Adapt to changes , stepping in for production tasks, and keeping operations moving smoothly.
