ReSourceUSA is a contract-only screen printing partner , producing high-volume, multi-color jobs for clients who depend on us to deliver consistently. What You'll Be Responsible For:

Operating automatic screen printing presses (M&R experience a plus) Setting up jobs, including screens, inks, and registration Running multi-color jobs with accuracy and efficiency Monitoring print quality throughout the run Troubleshooting issues on press (without slowing everything down) Maintaining clean and organized workstations Working with the team to hit production deadlines

What We Expect:

Proven screen printing experience (this is NOT entry-level) Strong understanding of registration, ink consistency, and curing Ability to manage time and keep production flowing High attention to detail and quality control Reliability and accountability (if you say you'll be there, you're there)

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience on M&R automatic presses Can handle high-volume production runs Have leadership or team lead experience
