Job Description
Ares Sportswear, a growing custom sportswear company serving youth and adult sports teams nationwide, is hiring for flexible production shifts at our Marion facility, with morning, afternoon, and early evening options available. This is hands-on work with heat press, screen printing, and embroidery equipment producing real apparel for real teams, not a call center or warehouse shuffle. We train you on the equipment. You bring reliability and a willingness to learn. What you'll do: Run heat press and finishing equipment after training Support screen print and embroidery production Check quality on finished garments Keep up with order volume during peak weeks. There is also light warehouse work.
