Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Silk Screen Printer to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality printed designs on various substrates using traditional and modern screen printing techniques. Your expertise will ensure vibrant, precise, and consistent prints that meet our quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate silk screen printing equipment, including large-format printers and manual presses, ensuring optimal print quality and efficiency Manage color calibration, color management processes, and ink mixing to achieve accurate color reproduction in prints Prepare screens, and substrates for printing by performing cleaning, coating, and exposure procedures with precision Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct issues related to registration, color consistency, or mechanical faults Adjust industrial equipment screen printing machines to optimize performance and troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues Collaborate with the design team to ensure layout accuracy, typography clarity, and adherence to print specifications for advertising materials Experience Proven experience in screen printing or related manufacturing roles with a strong understanding of industrial equipment operation Mechanical aptitude for adjusting machinery like large-format printers and presses to maintain optimal operation Experience in quality control procedures ensuring consistent print output across multiple projects Join us as a Silk Screen Printer and bring vibrant designs to life!
