In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using traditional and modern screen printing techniques. Your expertise in color management and machine operation will ensure that each print meets our quality standards and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to the creation of visually compelling print apparel. Responsibilities Set up and operate silk screen printing machinery, including large-format printers and industrial equipment adjustments for optimal output. Interpret production documents, technical specifications, and layout designs to accurately reproduce artwork on various substrates. Manage color consistency through precise color management techniques and monitor print quality throughout production runs. Prepare screens, inks, and other materials by performing cleaning, coating, and registration tasks to ensure flawless prints. Conduct quality control checks on finished products, ensuring color accuracy, alignment, and overall print integrity meet company standards. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols during machine operation and equipment maintenance. Requirements Proven experience in silk screen printing or related manufacturing processes, including familiarity with large-format printers preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to adjust industrial equipment for precise printing results. Knowledge of color management principles, layout design, and print advertising standards. Ability to interpret technical documents related to production workflows and machine operation procedures. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the printing process. Basic understanding of digital printing technology and industrial equipment maintenance is desirable.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
