Corvallis Custom is growing—and we're looking to add an additional skilled Screen Print Press Operator to our production team. Our work powers schools, universities, and businesses across the state with high-quality, custom printed apparel. We take pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and community - and we're looking for someone who brings the same care to every job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate and maintain our automatic screen print press , ensuring every print meets our high standards. Set up, align, and test screens to ensure perfect registration and print placement . Print multi-color designs across apparel types and sizes using a variety of ink types and substrates. Diagnose and solve print issues fast—color consistency, misalignment, pressure, and more. Work with the Production Supervisor to meet daily and weekly print quotas . Lead and support a helper/catcher team, ensuring quality from press to packing. Keep the press clean, calibrated, and running efficiently. Train new helpers and build a positive, high-performance press culture. Accurately log production and quality control notes.

You deliver accurate, on-time jobs every day—with minimal rework. You take pride in consistent print quality and can troubleshoot fast. You're a team player—someone who can lead by example and coach others. You help us hit production goals and keep our promises to customers.

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of screen printing experience —automatic press experience preferred. Strong eye for detail, color, and alignment. Solid understanding of ink systems , garment types, curing, and specialty techniques. Familiar with discharge and specialty printing (a plus, not required). Can lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift. High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy for simple data entry and machine interface use. A strong work ethic , a positive attitude, and a passion for great work.

Have experience printing for schools, and teams. Are familiar with print management tools. Love being part of a team that delivers great customer experiences.
