Job Description
Experienced Screen Printer We're looking for a full-time, skilled Screen Printer to join our production team! If you have hands-on experience running presses and producing high-quality prints, this is your chance to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, fun, and creative shop.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality prints. Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate automatic screen printing presses with efficiency and accuracy. Select the correct mesh inks for each job. Ensure accurate Pantone color matching and maintain print consistency. Perform press setup, adjustments, and quality checks throughout runs. Troubleshoot print issues such as registration, ink flow, and curing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional screen printing experience. Strong understanding of mesh, tension, plastisol ink. Knowledge of multi-color registration, halftones, and specialty prints. Ability to problem-solve under production deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality prints. Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
