Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Printing Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain UV printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Previous printing press operating experience is required. Requirements Previous printing press operating experience required UV or offset printing press experience preferred Experience with press setup and make-readies Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and print specifications Strong understanding of print quality, registration, ink coverage, and color accuracy Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and work throughout the shift Responsibilities Set up and operate UV printing presses Perform press make-readies and maintain production speeds Change plates, blankets, and cylinders as needed Monitor ink coverage, density, registration, and color Match color proofs and customer samples Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues Perform routine cleaning, wash-ups, and basic maintenance Monitor production to minimize waste and downtime Accurately document press time, materials, and production information Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
