Press Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $16.37 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required 2 days on, 2 days off schedule, working every other weekend. Set up and operate mechanical or hydraulic presses according to work instructions Load raw materials and remove finished parts from press machines Inspect parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy Monitor machine performance and report issues to maintenance or supervision
Press Operator Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or production schedules Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment •A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
