This is not a junior-level position. We are looking for someone who understands digital print production, can manage jobs confidently through a Fiery Command WorkStation. This position offers excellent compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a steady day-shift schedule of either 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor multiple digital presses Review print-ready PDFs and identify potential production issues P roduce personalized and variable-data print accurately Monitor color consistency, registration, image quality, and finishing Perform routine machine care, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting Maintain quality and productivity while managing multiple jobs Follow production schedules and complete work within required deadlines Qualifications Strong digital press operating experience in a production environment Hands-on experience with Fiery Command WorkStation Good working knowledge of PDFs and print-ready files Understanding of personalization and variable-data printing Strong knowledge of color quality and digital print standards Ability to perform routine press maintenance and basic troubleshooting Experience operating Ricoh or Canon digital presses is preferred; training on the specific equipment will be provided All applications are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
