Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Silk Screen Printer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials using silk screen printing techniques, ensuring vibrant colors and precise designs. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life on a variety of substrates, from apparel to promotional items. Duties Set up and prepare silk screen printing equipment, including selecting screens, inks, and substrates for each job Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses with precision and efficiency Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process to detect and correct issues promptly Maintain equipment by cleaning screens, troubleshooting technical problems, and performing routine maintenance Requirements Proven experience in screen printing, especially with textile or promotional products Strong knowledge of prepress processes, including color management and layout design Understanding of typography principles and print advertising standards for effective visual communication Attention to detail with excellent quality control skills to maintain high standards in every print job Good physical stamina for standing long hours and handling heavy materials during production Join us in creating vibrant printed products that make an impact!
