About the Role We are seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator to join our modern, all-digital print production facility. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality printed materials. You will operate cutting-edge digital printing equipment, manage finishing processes, and ensure consistent output quality across diverse print jobs. Equipment You'll Work With
  • Xante Flatbed Digital Press
  • High-speed digital production press with iQueue workflow, versatile media handling, and exceptional print quality for diverse substrates
  • Fiery-Controlled Digital Press
  • Production color press powered by EFI Fiery digital front end with Command WorkStation for advanced job management, color profiling, variable data printing (VDP), and automated workflows
  • Wide Format Printer
  • Large format output for banners, posters, signage, and display graphics
  • Digital Cutters & Slitters
  • Precision finishing equipment for cutting, trimming, and slitting printed materials Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain Xante digital press, Fiery-controlled production press, and wide format equipment Manage print queues and job workflows using Fiery Command WorkStation and iQueue software Perform color calibration, profiling, and quality control to ensure consistent output Set up and run digital cutters and slitters for finishing operations Handle variable data printing jobs and personalized print runs Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Manage media inventory including paper stocks, toner, ink, and wide format substrates Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency Required Qualifications 2+ years experience operating digital production printing equipment Proficiency with Fiery digital front ends and Command WorkStation Experience with digital cutting and finishing equipment Strong understanding of color management, ICC profiles, and calibration processes Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications Knowledge of various print substrates, paper weights, and media types Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience with Xante presses and iQueue workflow software Wide format printing experience (banners, signage, posters) Knowledge of variable data printing (VDP) and personalization Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Modern, all-digital production environment Training on latest digital print technologies Opportunity for growth within expanding organization Collaborative team environment
