Responsibilities Operate Domino digital printing presses with precision, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality output. Manage color calibration and color management processes to achieve accurate and consistent color reproduction across all print jobs. Interpret production documents, including layouts and specifications, to execute print projects accurately. Perform routine maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and troubleshooting on digital printers and related industrial equipment. Collaborate with prepress teams to prepare files using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and prepress software for smooth production workflows. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct issues related to color accuracy, registration, or print defects. Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, paper binding, and other post-printing processes to deliver finished products that meet client expectations. Maintain detailed records of job specifications, machine settings, and production logs to ensure traceability and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience operating large-format digital printers or similar industrial printing equipment. Strong knowledge of color management techniques and graphic design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prepress software for file preparation. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on digital presses and flexo presses. Familiarity with print production processes including screen printing, cutting, binding, and finishing techniques. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely. Excellent attention to detail combined with a commitment to quality control standards. Basic understanding of typography, layout design, print advertising concepts, and manufacturing workflows is preferred.
