$22-$30/hour Must-Have Requirements 2+ years of Printing Press Operator or Press Operator experience Flexographic Narrow Web Press experience (Required) Local candidates only Basic mechanical and math skills Ability to read a tape measure/ruler Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Press Operator to set up and operate Flexographic Narrow Web printing presses while ensuring high-quality production, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will perform press setup, quality checks, troubleshooting, and assist with training new employees. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Flexographic Narrow Web printing press Read and follow job orders and production instructions Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Perform quality inspections throughout production Troubleshoot minor press issues Clean and maintain the press and work area Pull ink and prepare materials for the next job Complete production records and computer entries Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies Communicate with supervisors and team members Assist in training new employees Required Skills Flexographic Narrow Web Press operation Printing press setup and operation Print quality inspection Mechanical troubleshooting Basic computer skills Reading production orders Basic math and measurement skills Strong communication skills Organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
