In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom t-shirts using advanced printing techniques and machinery. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and machine operation will ensure each product meets our strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology and contribute to creative projects that bring designs to life on fabric. Duties Operate large-format printers, heat printing presses, and digital printing equipment with precision and efficiency. Manage color accuracy through meticulous color management practices, ensuring vibrant and consistent prints. Interpret production documents, including layout designs, specifications, and prepress files created with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Prepare t-shirts for printing by cutting, binding, and aligning materials accurately to ensure optimal print results. Adjust industrial equipment and machinery settings for optimal print quality and throughput, including flexo presses and machining tools. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print alignment, color fidelity, or mechanical malfunctions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols during machine operation and manufacturing processes. Experience Proven experience operating large-format printers, screen printing presses, or digital printing equipment in a manufacturing or creative environment. Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment used in textile printing processes. Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other layout design tools. Familiarity with prepress software for preparing files for print production. Knowledge of color management techniques to ensure accurate reproduction of designs on fabric materials. Ability to interpret technical documents related to print advertising and manufacturing specifications. Prior experience in quality control procedures within a production setting is highly desirable.
