Experience preferred but will train. In this role, you will operate heat press machinery to transfer images onto various substrates, ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards for excellence. Duties Operate heat press machines and large-format printers to produce high-quality printed graphics on diverse materials Ensure that the finished product matches the production proof provided (correct colors and location) Perform quality control checks throughout the production process, identifying and correcting issues related to print quality or mechanical operation. Skills Extreme attention to detail - pay attention and focus on the job at hand Pay attention and follow instructions regarding what temperature to use, how long to press each item, how long to wait until peeling the transfer, etc. Reliability Care about deadlines and help us meet them! Serve as a quality-control check - if something seems off or "not quite right" question it to your supervisor before proceeding Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time to operate the machine. Overtime is voluntary but often available and appreciated during our busy periods. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
