Duties Operate digital printing equipment with precision, including large-format printers and CNC machinery, to produce vibrant, accurate prints. Manage prepress processes such as file preparation, color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to ensure optimal print quality. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to detect and correct color discrepancies, misalignments, or defects. Perform routine maintenance on printing machines and CNC tools to maximize uptime and performance. Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite to review and prepare files for printing, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Set up and operate flexo presses and other manufacturing equipment for specialized print jobs. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards; operate forklifts when necessary for material handling. Requirements Proven experience in screen printing, digital printing, or related manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for file editing and preparation. Familiarity with CNC machinery, flexo presses, machining processes, and typography fundamentals. Ability to perform quality control inspections accurately and troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts for material movement within the facility.
