• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production design, color theory, and digital design to create high-quality printed materials.

• Duties:

• Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing
• Ensure accurate color matching and registration
• Inspect and troubleshoot prints for quality control
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment

• Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for design creation
• Knowledge of color theory for effective color selection
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques
• Ability to work with Sketchup for design visualization
• Strong art direction skills to guide design projects

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Screen Printer or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
