This role is responsible for producing high-quality products, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Operate and monitor printing, labeling, coating, or decorating equipment. Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers. Inspect products for quality and make corrections as needed. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance. Complete production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures. Work with team members to support production goals. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience with package printing, labeling or coating 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform machine adjustments and basic maintenance. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of quality inspection processes and defect identification. Experience in high-speed manufacturing, packaging, food, or beverage production. #INDSRCH
