Must work well under pressure, be neat & organized. Job Duties Operate automatic printing press Operate manual press as needed Reviews work order for each job to understand placement, location, and color(s) Maintaining optimum production speed and make press adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, and color Set up and tear down jobs Create, prepare & clean screens Mix, match & load ink Monitor & track supplies Keep a clean working environment Troubleshoot various technical problems Maintaining screen printing equipment Track customer orders through the printing process Dry & fold printed items Complete all checklists & other duties as assigned daily Use software & online management systems Assist with social media posts daily Job Qualifications Passion for creating garments Customer service experience Software & typing skills Self Motivated & Disciplined Well Organized Must live in surrounding areas Solid verbal & written communication skills Multitask like a champ in a busy environment Must be able to stand for extended lengths May be required to perform minimal physical labor tasks & must be able to lift 50lb
