Job Description

Job Summary Key Logo, a contract decorator, is seeking to add experienced screen-printing press operators (manual and automatic) to its screen-printing department. Press operators set up, operate, and maintain screen printing presses, ensuring high-quality prints by adjusting settings, troubleshooting issues, and inspecting finished products, all while adhering to production schedules and quality standards. Prior screening printing experience or knowledge is required. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience with M&R screen printing equipment. This position starts at $18-$20/hr. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Hours:
6:30am - 3pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance offered after 60 days. PTO after 90 days (prorated based on date of hire). 401k with company match offered after 60 days. Hiring is contingent upon passing of a background check and four panel drug screen. We do not test for THC. Responsibilities Set up and operate screening printing press (manual and automatic), running jobs according to customer purchase orders, making adjustment to press as needed. Maintain/tear down/clean press and screens in between runs. Troubleshoot issues relating to printing, and making adjustments to press as necessary. Ensure quality of prints by inspecting finish product. Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Requirements Understanding of screen-printing processes, techniques, and equipment Knowledge or prior experience with M&R Screen Printing equipment. Strong attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude relating to setup and maintenance of printing presses. Ability to diagnose and solve problems relating to print issues. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer proficiency. Good organizational skills. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift boxes up to 40lbs.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
