YOU WILL DO

Set up, operate, and monitor digital and hybrid flexographic label presses (inline finishing, coating, and die‑cutting as applicable) Load and verify label substrates including paper, film, and specialty materials Perform color matching and verification Maintain tight registration and print consistency Conduct inline quality checks Make press and software adjustments Troubleshoot press, workflow, substrate, ink, or finishing issues Complete production documentation, quality records, and roll traceability requirements Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative press care Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards Work closely with prepress, quality, converting, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Printing or technical training preferred Experience with flexographic and/or digital label presses or CNC machining preferred Knowledge of pressure‑sensitive label materials, inks, and adhesives preferred Ability to read and execute job tickets, proofs, and customer specifications Mechanical aptitude with strong problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to consistent label quality Basic computer skills and experience with production systems Demonstrated good safety record
