Description Shift:
Days (Monday
  • Friday 6:00am
  • 4:30pm, Saturday as needed)
  • Must be able to work 10-12hr shifts Sign On Bonuses for all hourly Manufacturing Personnel!

Job Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling crane components to support production schedules.
Job Duties:
Assembles sub-assemblies and/or finished products in accordance with written and verbal instructions. (Industrial Cranes and Crane sub-assemblies) Performs all aspects of assembly work. In accordance with company procedures, cleans and prepares units for next operation. Safely operates heavy equipment as directed. Performs inspection activities. Maintains accurate records. May be required to operate forklifts. Complies with all requirements of Quality Control. Ensures compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries. Performs additional duties as required. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years relevant work experience Requires knowledge of mechanical assemblies and testing Able to read prints and shop manuals Must be able to read a tape, scale and micrometer Must be able to perform simple computer entry for time keeping purposes Prior experience with hand and air tools
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk 95% of the work day Lift up to 50 pounds with the assistance of overhead crane and/or co-workers Twist, reach and bend frequently Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine) Possess depth perception and peripheral vision Possess the ability to hear Possess the ability to ascend and descend a ladder
Working Conditions:
Subject to standing on hard surfaces up to 12 hours per day Exposure to hot and cold conditions, noise, chemicals, and heavy equipment
