Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler, where your hands-on skills and mechanical expertise will drive the creation of high-quality products. This role offers an energetic environment focused on precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a key contributor to our production process, you will interpret technical drawings, assemble components with specialized tools, and ensure each product meets strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble products Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment to assemble mechanical components Measure parts with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math techniques to ensure proper fit and function Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and inspection techniques throughout the assembly process Handle manual tasks including soldering, machining, and the use of shop math for precise assembly requirements Interpret production documents and manufacturing instructions to maintain consistency and efficiency in assembly procedures Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines Skills Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and other precision measuring tools Strong understanding of blueprint reading and mechanical blueprint interpretation Experience with interpreting schematics and production documents for accurate assembly Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes, machining, soldering, and mechanical assembly techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment Ability to perform shop math accurately for measurements and calculations during assembly tasks Warehouse experience is a plus for understanding material handling and inventory management in a production setting This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing while contributing to high-quality product assembly.
