Job Description

Location:
Montgomery, PA Pay:
$20-$30 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM; mandatory overtime on Fridays, typically until approximately 2:30 PM Nesco Resource is currently looking for candidates who are hands-on, hard working, reliable, able to read and interpret blue prints as well as mechanically inclined. Responsibilities Assemble heavy equipment and components according to blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Use hand and power tools to install, align, adjust, and secure components. Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Inspect, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot completed assemblies. Repair or replace defective components as needed. Complete production records and maintain a clean, safe work area. Assist with staging, packaging, and movement of finished equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be available for required Friday overtime.
